Pet Visitation = Smiles

Do you have a four legged best friend who loves people and brings smiles to those who are around them? Would you enjoy shairing your best friend to give back a little to those who have experienced and given so much to others in their lives? We are looking for pet owners who would like to visit with our patients. The schedule is flexible and we work to place you with patients that are close to your home and/or business so your visits will be convenient as well as flexible. I would love to meet with you and discuss how you can become part of our Pet Visitation team!

Mission Statement

The mission of Hospice Services at Methodist ElderCare is to provide the best hospice care possible for patients located in the counties of Fairfield, Franklin. Pickaway, Delaware, Licking, Fayette, Union, and Madison.

Description

The philosophy of services focuses on maximizing the patients quality of life through an individualized comprehensive care program designed to meet his/her physical,social,emotional and spiritual needs (24) hours a day, (7) days a week. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of staff and volunteers. In addition, following the patients death, hospice continues to maintain contact with family members through a (13) month bereavement program.
