Community Involvement Programs (CIP) is seeking dedicated and steadfast volunteers to assist with our weekly fingerprinting process and directing local business employees. Reporting to the direct supervisor and or volunteer coordinator, the volunteer fingerprinting assistant will complete a range of tasks tentative on quantity of individuals in office whom require proper documentation and various organizational needs to further efficiency efforts. The assistant will advance CIP capacity to adhere to our mission and goals aimed toward helping people live their greatest lives.

All volunteers will undergo training and orientation at CIP covering procedure, objectives, and evaluation methods. Objectives will fall under the following:

- Making outgoing calls to local businesses

- Directing local employees

- Managing reception desk

- Providing direct assistance with fingerprinting procedures

- Aiding employees in identifying nearby fingerprinting sites with open availability

Volunteers pursuing administrative experience either as a student or one aiming for personal growth will find this opportunity beneficial.
