Do you want to learn about Water? Do you have the passion to work with a senior Scientist who has immense knowledge on water and other environmental related matters? If yes, then please do apply for the position of Executive Assistant to our President.
Our expectations- to provide ongoing administrative support to the President. In this role, you'll handle a wide variety of tasks and responsibilities, including managing shared calendar and events, responding to emails. The role will also be responsible for preparing and editing correspondence, documents, and presentations related to science and water research. You will also assist in conducting research on local events in Miami area.
P.S.: Needs to available for Friday morning weekly meeting (virtual) at around 12:00 p.m. EST for an hour.
