Program Advisory Committee (PAC)
NPF’s Program Advisory Committee (PAC) is made up of professionals in the events, marketing, public relations and related industries and acts as an advisory board for program staff. PAC members help to oversee the planning of all NPF programming throughout the year, including program content, budget development and coordination as needed. In addition, PAC members will co-chair one event per year, partnering with NPF staff from start to finish on an event of their choosing. In general, NPF hosts quarterly events that range from educational lectures and panels, social meet ups and our marquee Home + History events.
Time Commitment: Bi-monthly meetings with additional time towards one quarterly event per year.
Application Requirements: Volunteers who are interested in serving on the Program Committee must submit a resume and cover letter depicting their qualifications and interest in the position to email@example.com.
Specific NPF events are often planned and executed by our Program Sub-Committees. These committees are formed on an as needed basis in order to support program staff with the focused planning of one particular event. Sub-Committees include the Home + History (HHLV) Committee, educational programming planning committees and other event specific focus committees throughout the year.
Time Commitment: Varies depending on the size and scale of the event, but includes bi-weekly meetings leading up to the event.
