Staff/Voters
Precinct Election Officials (Poll Workers) support our Democracy by welcoming and assisting voters.

Butler County Board of Elections is always in need of Poll Workers (PW, also called Precinct Election Officials) to welcome and assist voters during elections. PW must come to training, go to their polling location the night before an election to help set up, and work on the day of the election from 5:30 a.m. to approximately 8:30 p.m. PW's are assigned to locations within 15 minutes of their home. Our poll workers get to know each other, have fun and come back to work year after year. This a great opportunity to help you community vote and make friends. PW are paid $165 for their time.
