Boys Hope Girls Hope helps high achieving, academically- motivated children-in need reach their full potential by providing family-like homes, opportunities, and education through college. All of our scholars are motivated to do well in school, will put in the hard work, and deliver results, but sometimes they need a little help along the way. We are looking for individuals who are proficient in Latin, to help our scholars in their Latin classes in school.
Availability is somewhat flexible, but we would prefer the volunteer to be able to come in tutor one time a week for an hour either after school (between 3:30-5:30) or after dinner (between 7:30-9:30) Monday-Thursday. If you think you're interested, then please contact us!

Description
Boys Hope Girls Hope is a non-profit, multi-denominational and multi-ethnic organization, which provides scholarships to meet all of the needs for academically capable youth who may be held back by invisible barriers within their families or community.
Our residential and community-based programs offer comprehensive services and support systems that nurture the self-confidence, discipline and focus required to test children's academic limits and allow them to achieve dreams they once thought were out of their reach.
All scholars receive full educational scholarships to private college-prep schools, mentoring, tutoring, access to multiple enrichment activities and support through college.
