Our organization is having our annual awards and fundraising event. It is called Cruise, Costumes and a Cause, A Celebration of Work.
It will be onboard the Fume Blanc with Commodore Cruises and events.
We are seeking a photographer who would be willing to donate their time to photograph our event.
We will be boarding the boat at 11:30 and departing at noon.
While onboard we will have a sit-down meal, an award ceremony with 5 awards being given away.
an ongoing Halloween fashion show will take place throughout the cruise and a live auction will finish off our event.
We would like to get photos of guest with our board, sponsors, and awardees at the beginning of the event and throughout the cruise.
