Hospice patients are in need of your support! Sometimes patients are so concerns about their medical needs that they forget to take care of themselves in other important ways.
Our patients are located across the south Atlanta area, and our inpatient unit is located in McDonough, GA. There is a location and place for everyone who wants to volunteer. We'd love to have all of our patients at their most relaxed and calm.

The mission of Sacred Journey Hospice is to provide compassionate physical, emotional and spiritual support to patients and families while enabling them to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with issues related to a life-limiting illness.
Description
Sacred Journey Hospice provides care to patients who have a terminal illness and their families. We visit patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, our 24/7 inpatient unit or wherever else they may be to provide care on a huge spectrum. We provide for medical, therapuetic (physical, speech, emotional, etc), equipment, medication, supplies, spiritual, social, daily living, veteran and many other needs. Volunteers are a HUGE part of our patient care goals.
