The Humana Rock 'n' Roll Virginia Beach features a two-day Health & Fitness Expo prior to the race. Free and open to the public, this expo features the latest in running technologies, fitness apparel, health & nutrition info. and interactive displays.
St. Jude is the charity partner and will have a booth at the expo where we will need 3 volunteers for each 2 hour shift to help pass out information, run the prize wheel and represent St. Jude.
Expo Day 1, Friday, August 31 - 1:00pm-7:00pm *please arrive 15 minutes before your shift*
- Shift 1: 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
- Shift 2: 3:00 pm-5:00 pm
- Shift 3: 5:00 pm-7:00 pm
Expo Day 2, Saturday, September 1 - 10:00am-5:00pm *please arrive 15 minutes before your shift*
- Shift 1: 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
- Shift 2: 12:00 pm-2:00 pm
- Shift 3: 2:00 pm-5:30 pm
*Parking is free
