Thank you! You have already shown us how awesome you really are just by clicking on this link!

We have built a very progressive and innovative tool that is free, easy-to-use, and provides individuals with step-by-step follow up plans on how to provide additional support to someone in need.

At this time we are encouraging everyone to use this tool (run through a few mock interviews) to get a feel for what questions to ask, and then review the reports at the end to understand how to respond and provide support.

This tool provides non clinical individuals with a 5 th grade level reading and writing ability with the skill set needed to adequately and appropriate provide initial support to another person experiencing feelings of self-harm or suicide.

If after your experience with this tool you feel it to be beneficial to your understanding of what questions to ask and to respond in providing support to another person in need, we respectfully ask you share it on your social media accounts, or in a text/email to a friend, etc., etc.

By sharing this tool more people will be educated on how to provide support, and more people will be ready and willing to provide support in a moments notice.

Togeteher we will colectively reduce the stigma and reduce suicide.

Thank you again for your wiliness to help.
