Job Search Specialist (Volunteer)
The Job Search Specialist will play an integral role in Patriot Placements by working closely with the Manager of
HR Services and CEO of Patriot Placements through posting and monitoring open positions of companies
partnered with Patriot Placements.
Manager of HR Services and Founder/CEO
5-10 hours per week depending on your schedule
Review client’s resume and source jobs for clients to apply to.
Regularly update client’s job listing spreadsheet with relevant and open positions.
Provide updates to Manager of HR Services and Founder/CEO concerning as each candidate job
listing is updated..
Preferred Skills and Experience:
1 - 2 years of experience in recruiting, job placement, staffing, and human resources.
Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal and multidisciplinary project
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Google Drive.
The ability to write clearly and informatively.
A clear and timely communicator who is highly self-motivated.
