The Helpline Coordinator schedules and trains volunteers for NAMI SFV's Helpline. The Helpline is where individuals leave messages with questions. The Helpline Facilitators retireve these messages and call those people to try and answer their questions or provide referrals. Oftentimes people are interested in one of NAMI SFV's Programs and simply need to be pointed in the right direction.
