The Office Assistant will perform a variety of tasks depending on project deadlines in the office. This will include answering phones and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations. This position helps to extend the resources in MHA of GA to better assist and direct the needs of our consumers and vendors. Responsibilities include but not limited to filing, data entry, research, maintenance of the office space, etc.

Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills.

Offices hours are from Mondays-Fridays, 9:00AM-5:00PM.
