The United Way of Rome & Western Oneida County needs an intern/volunteer to help with their social media presence and event planning. Our mission is to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power of communities. We need to reach out to the residents in our local area to create awareness of the programs available to those in need. There is also a need to reach potential donors in this high tech world.
Preferably the candidate will be familiar with the Western Oneida County area and have an interest and skill in all facets of social media. Hoping to find someone who can start as soon as possible.

The United Way relies on volunteers to develop resources, support special events, and advocate for our programs.
