Our mission is to reduce the devastating long-term effects that all forms of child abuse has on children, their families and society through immediate, coordinated, child focused services, education, and advocacy.
Description
We provide services boys and girls, ages birth through 17, who have experienced, or are suspected of experiencing, physical abuse, sexual abuse, serious neglect, or are witness to violence in Davidson, Davie, and Yadkin Counties in North Carolina. These services include forensic interviews, child abuse medical examinations, victim advocacy, court advocacy, multi-disciplinary team collaboration, case review services, and community outreach and education.
