We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is excited about creating and managing STEM educational programs for female-identifying high school students.
Key responsibilities are:
- Managing High School program leadership team to ensure succesful event creation and execution with the cohorts, including the November Kick Off event and monthly follow up workshops.
- Be involved with High School Mentor Program.
- Working closely with Chapter Director in reporting progress and needs of the High School program.
- Help with budget in relation to the workshops as well as the November Kick Off event.

ChickTech is dedicated to retaining women and non-binary people in the technology workforce and increasing the number of people of marginalized genders pursuing technology-based careers.
Description
ChickTech is a multi-generational community helping each other become technology creators. We facilitate hands-on technology-centric events and mentorship to empower, support, and increase the confidence of girls, women, and non-binary folks. Through our programs, we build community, empower participants to see themselves as leaders, and provide networking and mentoring opportunities in the rapidly growing tech industry.
As a mostly volunteer-run non-profit, we are always searching for partners who would like to get involved through donations of expertise, volunteer time, in-kind, funding, or just by helping to get the word out.
