Warning: This event is a LOT of fun!
We are desperately seeking volunteers to work at several events during the Irish Arts & Writers' Festival, Los Gatos October 12-14, 2018, and in advance of the festival in areas of event promotion, outreach and social media.
- Volunteer Coordinator!
- Ticketing/Registration
- Audience Coordination
- Social media outreach
- Venue setup and cleanup
- Venue technical support (AV presentations)
- Guest writer & artist escorts
- SFO pickups and drive to and from Los Gatos, October 11-14th
- Chamber of Commerce member coordinator
- Poster and Brochure distribution
- Music on the Plaza volunteers, October 13
- Local high school and college liaison
- Book seller assistants
Venues and locations include: Montalvo Arts Center, Main Library, Friends of the Library, Whitney Modern Gallery, Youth Rec. Center, Los Gatos Lodge, Charley's LG
We also welcome volunteers with non-profit administration, fundraising or marketing experience during the leadup to this year's festival, and immediately afterwards on IAWF 2019.

Description
Irish Culture Bay Area is a platform to promote music, dance, art, theater, literature, sports and business in one place. In addition to a community calendar, sponsored by the Irish Consulate General of San Francisco, the site features curated arts highlights and feature articles to further promote and inform visitors to the site.
