After School Volunteer - Ogden Preparatory Academy

The YMCA is looking for 2 individuals to help each week at our Ogden Preparatory Academy Elementary After School program. The majority of the volunteer involvement will be assisting the youth during their homework time but can be assisting in other aspects of the program. The schedule is a set, 2 days per week for 2 hours each day. The volunteer opportunity will run January thru May. For this opportunity we are only looking for individuals who are committed to the schedule. If you are interested in volunteering with our after school programs but cannot commit to this schedule please email volunteer@ymcautah.org to see what other opportunities we can work out.
Volunteer schedules: Monday/Wednesday from 3-5 pm or Tuesday/Thursday from 3-5 pm.

Description
Working with the Y gives volunteers an opportunity to see the changes that are being made in the community through service. Our volunteers work directly with children in afterschool programs, provide administrative support, and most importantly help us continue to meets the needs of our community.
