Southern Ocean Medical Center is seeking Volunteers with Certified Pet Therapy Dogs who are interested in working with our patients, their families and our wonderful team members. Patients can benefit from Pet Therapy visits in so many ways, from reducing blood pressure and anxiety to relief from boredom, pain and loneliness. Our Pet Therapy Volunteers say they get as much joy from the experience as our patients do.
