Whiz Kids Tutor

Whiz Kids is a one-on-one after school tutoring program that focuses on aiding 25 Kindergarten-5th graders with their reading skills. Volunteers do not need prior tutoring experience. All tutoring materials will be provided each week. Tutors receive 3 hours of training and must pass a background check.

Join us every Wednesday from September 28th to April 27 At Roberts Academy in Price Hill (excluding holiday) from 3:45-5:20pm. That's only 22 days! You will be paired one on one with a student for the year to help them with their reading skills. A typical day includes a snack, one hour of tutoring time, and a 20 minute group activity. It is a fun way to make an impact in the lives of Youth and get some service hours while you are at it!
