2017 Working Together Conference

The Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services Association (WEMSA) is a non-profit organization that has been a vital support group for Emergency Medical Services in Wisconsin and surrounding states. Founded in 1973, The Wisconsin E.M.S. Association represents and supports the views and interests of our membership by working together as your voice for EMS by promoting education, sharing information, and facilitates legislative action that will benefit EMS as a whole.

WEMSA is seeking several volunteers to assist us with registration for the 2017 Working Together Conference at our headquarters in Wind Lake, WI.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to managing calls and email requests, registering members for classes, filing, faxing, and coping. Volunteers will be asked to work eight hours per week beginning September 1, 2016, and have the ability to work at the 2017 Working Together Conference (January 25-28,2017) to be held in Downtown Milwaukee at the Wisconsin Center.

Strong verbal and written communication skills are desired. Being computer literate and having a positive attitude with good communication skills will assist the right individual in being successful with our wide range of individuals with diverse needs. Training will be provided for our membership services software.
