Assist transitional care staff with guest activities, transport guests to/from therapy room, cafe, salon or whirlpool. Assist guests in getting settled in the transitional care unit or ready to return home.

The Catholic Eldercare community includes independent living apartments, two assisted living communities, memory care, adult day services, 150 bed skilled nursing and a mid-sized transitional care unit with 24 private rooms.
