Help support an after school program for kids in K -8th grades. The Folsom Public Library provides homework assistance and tutoring each Tuesday afternoon from 2:45-4:45 September through May in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Qualifications: Some experience working with youth is preferred, but not required
Requirements: You must be at least 15 years old
Support: The library staff will provide volunteer orientation. Support is provided by a Site Facilitator and other experienced volunteers.
To apply, complete page two of the volunteer application and return it to JoAnne Ament (jament@folsom.ca.us) or to the circulation desk in the library.
