The Mill Valley Film Festival is seeking reliable volunteers with a creative eye to help the Marketing Department with photo capture during the festival to be shared on social media outlets including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.


  • Must have own smartphone to use while on shift

  • Photograph filmmaker Q&A’s, festival atmosphere, and special events

  • Content delivered to Social Media Specialist via text or email

Ideal Candidate:

  • A positive attitude

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong understanding of social media marketing

  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environment

  • Strong visual sense for capturing festival moments

  • Strong audience engagement skills
