Help Hope Builders trainees practice their interviewing skills and build confidence in their job search. As an interviewer from a fictional company, you will get to know students one-on-one and see first-hand the incredible personal and professional growth achieved over the short 16-week training period. All interviewing materials will be provided. This volunteer opportunity requires a phone screen for all applicants. Please provide your phone number and we will reach out to you.

Description
Hope Builders is a highly focused, goal oriented program that helps students develop into self-reliant adults through three key job-training programs in Healthcare, Business and Construction. These workforce training skills are coupled with intensive job coaching activities from resume writing to job retention strategies and is reinforced with life skills instruction in financial literacy, healthy relationships, and numerous other personal development topics.
