The Medical team Hospice is in need of a volunteer to sit with one of our patients in their Grand Blanc home and offer companionship on Tuesdays 3-5 pm so caregiver can get out and take break. Mission Statement
The Medical Team offers the strength and support of dedicated, training caregivers. Our mutidisciplinary team of hospice specialist includes a Medical Director, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, CNA's, pharmacists, social worker, chaplain, bereavement and volunteer coordinator.
Description
The Medical Team is also able to offer the care of trained Volunteers----people who understand the emotional and logistical burdens of this trying time, and are committed to providing companionship and interaction.
