Share Our Selves (SOS)


Share Our Selves has worked to make Orange County a happier, healthier and safer place for vulnerable people and families who call it home. As a nationally recognized, award-winning health center, we provide personalized care and assistance to more than 135,000 individuals each year. We offer a wide range of health and social services, and seasonal programs that focus on the persons’ mind, body and spirit to ensure at-risk families and our homeless neighbors have the opportunity to live well through all of life’s stages. Our growing network of care includes centers located in the communites of highest need, in order to provide the right treatment, at the right place, and the right time.

Mission Statement

Share Our Selves Community Health Center (SOS) provides care and assistance to those in need and act as advocates for systemic change.


Share Our Selves Community Health Center (SOS) has provided care and assistance to our most vulnerable populations in Orange County since 1970. With health clinics throughout Orange County, we specialize in providing comprehensive personalized care for the community, including medical and dental services, pharmacy services, behavioral health, case management, financial assistance, and community programs. Our experience and wide-ranging services, allow us to address the systemic nature of poverty, upholding our clients’ basic human rights through transformational care, and advocating for the dignity all members of our community deserve.
