Assist and support Human Resources Director in an active and robust skilled nursing center environment with HR projects including: Health & Benefits, Compensation Audits, Leadership Development, Compliance Audits, Annual Reviews, 90 Day Performance Assessments, Skills Checklist, Open Enrollment, Safety Meetings, Employee Relations and Events.
Assist with the telephone screening, reference checks, employment verification during recruitment process. Co-partner with general orientation. This position also includes general clerical support.
Must be able to volunteer 3-15 hours per week, Monday- Friday between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Must be able to work in a fast-pace environment. This is an unpaid internship.
