Seniors are so much fun! If you love to give back to those who have given so much then we need you to join with us in demonstrating how much our Seniors mean to us! The requirements are simple; open heart, ability to care about another, willingness to share and to listen. The demands are easy; a one hour visit each week with flexibility on day and time. If you have ever thought about giving back or paying it forward this is a wonderful opportunity to do both. Mission Statement
The mission of Hospice Services at Methodist ElderCare is to provide the best hospice care possible for patients located in the counties of Fairfield, Franklin. Pickaway, Delaware, Licking, Fayette, Union, and Madison.
Description
The philosophy of services focuses on maximizing the patients quality of life through an individualized comprehensive care program designed to meet his/her physical,social,emotional and spiritual needs (24) hours a day, (7) days a week. Care is provided by an interdisciplinary team of staff and volunteers. In addition, following the patients death, hospice continues to maintain contact with family members through a (13) month bereavement program.
