The mission of the Fun with Chemistry outreach program is to ignite, inspire, and motivate K-12 students to develop a love for learning and exploration in the sciences. They will target students that are intimidated by science and utilize hands-on demonstrations to foster a determination to pursue a science-related degree at the collegiate level. These objectives will be accomplished by the development of new compelling experiments to prove that chemistry is relevant, fun, and entertaining.

Fun with Chemistry, is a highly sought after K-12 outreach program that offers inspiring demonstrations that show chemistry in action. "Dr. B" who implements Fun with Chemistry, is a young, positive female role model who engages and inspires a love of chemistry in her audience. Fun with Chemistry showcases compelling experiments and demonstrations that show how chemistry can be relevant, fun and exciting for young learners.
