The Community Block Party, Saturday, September 7th takes an entire village of fun, community-minded folks like YOU to host a great event. If you and your family can give just 2.5 hours of your day, we can give families a safe place to experience some unique activities
Please see http://www.meridiancity.org/blockparty/ for all the many attractions! This event will encompass the 60 acres of Julius M. Kleiner Memorial Park.
Our shifts are 9:45 am to 12:15 pm, 12:00 pm to 2:30 pm, 2:15 pm to 5:15 pm. The tasks are suitable for age 14 and up unless chaperoned by a parent.

Description
We offer a variety of volunteer opportunitie within Meridian Ciy Hall and the Parks and Recreation Department. We have consistent weekly tasks to keep you busy or the occasional special events such as parades, Community Block parties and many other fun outdoor events.
