IPP is a worldwide, all volunteer-driven group that functions as an exchange network . We are a consulting group that connects: Professors, NGOs, Nonprofits, Students and University departments.
Our aim is to attract and recruit motivated and highly qualified volunteers for educational projects throughout the developing world.
We are:
- Working to meet the higher education faculty needs around the world
- Helping less developed countries improve domestic educational opportunities
- Spreading partly by our dedicated networking diffusion, with each participating university making its own cultural, social, ideological, ecological and technological contributions .
We are currently looking for HR Specialist with the following duties:
- Assist and work with the Human Resource (HR) team with new hire processing, on-boarding and support.
- Responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings / training sessions (if any).
- Responsible for updating and maintaining HR database.
- Responsible for building and fostering a good working relationship within the organization and across functions/teams.
- Managing volunteer exits.
- Act as a back up to the Human resources personnel in case any one of them is absent.
- Engage in volunteer performance evaluation.

Description
Founded in 2009, IPP is a Technology and HR-oriented organization emphasizing cooperation and coordination in service delivery to Professors, expatriate Professors and Universities in the developing countries.
Our organization is run entirely by dedicated and hardworking volunteers.
Much of what IPP does can be summarized into 3 main functions: Consulting, Promoting and Recruiting, often brought into being via interconnections.
Consulting - We have dedicated volunteer professionals and professors who donate several to many hours per week to advise professors, students universities and nonprofit organizations in their areas of expertise.
We provide free mentoring, coaching, training, and tutoring services in various subjects such as Instructional Design, Academic English, Gamification in Education, HR, IT, Blended Learning, etc.
Promoting - The International Professors Project is dedicated to promoting various professor and student projects and researches that contribute to higher education development and international higher education in the developing world.
We love to partner with the other organizations and businesses to help each other better achieve our mission and goals.
Recruiting - Our aim is to attract and recruit motivated and highly-qualified volunteers for educational projects throughout the developing world.
