Outgoing New Yorkers with volunteer, customer service, or professional child care experience welcomed to participate in a fun outdoor event. You will help our organization promote our programs and events by speaking with neighbors at a local street fair. Activities include: flyering, signing neighbors up for our newsletters, describing upcoming events, photography, crafts, and encouraging participants to volunteer in the community. Select volunteers will help children and their parents create framed family portraits (a craft project). You can volunteer for the whole day or select one shift (11am-3pm or 3pm-7pm). Qualified volunteers are willing to taking direction, greet neighbors, and help set-up or break-down event materials. Contact us!
