We are seeking marketing managers to assist with the promotion of Music Projects International and the Pacific International Children's Choir, a new 501(c)(3) organization in San Diego, CA with an international service outreach program. Offices are in Del Mar/Solana Beach, but virtual work is entirely possible.

Mission Statement
The Pacific International Children's Choir (Music Projects International) is a music service organization dedicated to developing confident and empathetic individuals who will become future global leaders. Curriculum focuses on musical excellence, language learning, cultural awareness, and international service. International music projects are organized globally in areas of need, providing musical experiences and empowerment programs for at-risk children and youth. PICC home choir members may participate in these international projects as global ambassadors.
Description
In addition to a home choir in San Diego, where students develop their music and language skills, cultural awareness and compassion, and a sense of service, PICC is focused on international service projects. Our outreach program, Music Projects International, organizes music experiences targeting at-risk youth and children in areas of need around the world as part of our international youth empowerment programs. Our founder, Dr. Mitchell, volunteered in the Amazon rainforest (1995-97) and is committed to the value of international service, both for those served and those providing service. Future projects include a collaboration with the Orquestra Azteca Esperanza in Ensenada, Mexico, working with orphanages to bring at-risk children together with a large children's choir and orchestra. Other projects are being planned for Peru, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Paraguay.

We are a 501(c)(3) startup, led by Dr. Aaron Mitchell, Artistic & Executive Director, who has several years of experience working with non-profits and leading choral ensembles at the community and university levels. Rehearsals are held in the state-of-the-art facilities on the campus of Calvary Lutheran Church in Solana Beach.
