Expect Miracles Foundation is looking forward to welcoming the West Coast financial community and their guests to a memorable charity golf tournament. Spanning 2 courses, over 200+ Senior Level financial executives will be in attendance. In addition to supporting the fight against cancer, this is a great networking opportunity for volunteers who will be assisting with registration, on course contests, and more.
Prior to the event, each volunteer will be assigned to specific roles and responsibilities. Responsibilities may include:
Registration: Checking in guests, directing guests, distributing gift bags, etc.
Donation Program: Selling Opportunity Drawing Tickets, Mulligans, etc.
Auction Program: Moderate Live Auction spotter, check-out
Contests: Overseeing Putting Contest, Poker Game, Longest Drive, etc.
Beverage/Snack Stands: Bartending, overseeing snack shack, etc.
Behind the Scenes: Registration set-up, auction set-up, break down
