Volunteers needed in every grade and classroom of Sweeny Junior High for an intensive one day JA-in-a-Day event. Volunteers will team up with another volunteer to teach colorful hands-on financial literacy and economic basics in each classroom. The program to be taught is JA Economics for Success. Actual activities and other details about the program can be found at www.ja-brazoriacounty.org.
All program materials and training are provided compliments of Junior Achievement and a collaboration with ChevronPhillips.

Description
Volunteer Needs-Classroom Volunteers-Volunteers set their own schedule They are trained and provided all program materials to go into the classrooms around Brazoria County.
Volunteers needed to help coordinate the Celebrity Waiter Event, Who’s Who Golf Classic, Brazoria County Business Hall of Fame, Bowl-a-thon and the JA INSPIRE. Volunteers also needed for several JA in a Day -Volunteers in the classrooms of an entire grade level or school teaching the entire program in one day’s time.
