The Expanded Horizons Literacy Program is dedicated to improving the lives of women through adult education and life skills training, utilizing a program that addresses their unique needs and abilities. The babysitter is responsible for supervising children at all times and creating a fun, safe, and educational environment. Children may range in age and be from a variety of cultures. Must have previous childcare experience and enjoy working with children, CPR certified is desirable but not required. Awareness of feminism and sensitivity to the societal issues of women preferred. A volunteer is required on a as needed basis. The schedule will flutate week to week.

Since 1994, the Women's Center of Jacksonville has assisted thousands of women in Northeast Florida by providing quality programs, services, and advocacy. The Women's Center of Jacksonville is dedicated to supporting each woman's right to develop a sense of self as a significant and creative individual. The Women's Center of Jacksonville encourages self determination by helping women help themselves. Our service areas include Information and Referral, Counseling Services, Support and Personal Growth Groups, Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy, Community Education, and Community Outreach.
