The Migrant Education Program is looking for volunteer tutors for migrant workers and their children living in Westmoreland and surrounding towns in New Hampshire. Our students are between the ages of 3-21 and come from a variety of countries, including Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala.
Tutors will help the migrant workers learn English as well as help the farm owners learn Spanish.
Through our volunteer program you will gain valuable experience working in a cross-cultural educational setting and know that you are making a difference.
- Cultural sensitivity
