What are some of the Creative Fund raising events our organization might work if volunteering through Kingdom Promotions?

Partnering with some of the leading staffing companies in the industry, KP is able to place groups at some of the largest events in the country. Although we have teams all over the nation, staffing events coast to coast, some of the most recognized might be : PGA Golf, Talladega NASCAR, Daytona 500, Homestead NASCAR, Sonoma NASCAR, Phoenix NASCAR, Richmond NASCAR, Darlington NASCAR, Circuit of the Americas Racing, Sturgis Bike Week, and Daytona Bike Week. We also staff pro and college football events: The Super Bowl, Kansas City Chiefs, Tampa Bucs, Dallas Cowboys, Houston Cougars, University of Auburn, University of Kentucky, University of Louisville, Virginia Tech and Washington Huskies. Finally, KP staffs music festivals and state fairs including: Coachella, Stagecoach, Bonnaroo, All Good, Electric Forest, Country Stampede, Tulsa State Fair, South Carolina State Fair, Virginia State Fair, and the Florida State Fair.

What kind of work will our group be doing if we volunteer through Kingdom Promotions?

The type of work assignments varies depending on the event and client needs. Most groups participate in ticket taking, traffic control/direction, security, trash pick up, concessions, set up / tear down and hospitality. How does Kingdom Promotions help organizations raise money by working events?

Organizations raise funds by tapping into their volunteer base. Many people may not have the money to give, but would willingly volunteer their time at a fund raiser. This is a similar concept to a bake sale or a car wash, but is more beneficial financially. The amount of money a group can generate depends on both the number of volunteers your organization sends and the client needs. The actual donation to your organization comes from us, is based on an hourly rate per volunteer, and is written out to the organization. No individuals receive compensation. Below are a few examples:

* A group of 25 volunteers could make as much as $200.00 per hour. If that group worked a 10 hour day, the organization could make $2,000.00 for the day. At this rate, a group could potentially generate around $6,000.00 in a weekend!
* In the past, we’ve worked with a couple of state fairs on a two week contract, and the groups were able to raise up to $1,000.00 per volunteer. In this situation, a group of 20 people could translate into $20.000!
* Most of the concession companies we work with give an average of 10% of the gross sales of each stand.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of volunteers required to be considered for an event?

We work with multiple teams at most events, some comprised of just a few volunteers, while others have 50 or more. We’ve actually placed hundreds of people at some of our bigger events. All in all, no matter the size of your group, if you’re interested, we can probably place you on an event site to do your fund raising. Get in touch with us here!
