About

Help raise money, create a positive impact, and save the lives of all people affected by diabetes by becoming a route monitor volunteer at the Tour de Cure Women's Series brought to you by the American Diabetes Association that will be held on October 23, 2016 in Pleasanton, CA.

This is the 3rd annual Women’s Series Tour de Cure and the only female-focused Tour de Cure event in the country designed specifically for women of all fitness levels. For more info regarding the event, please visit: https://www.crowdrise.com/womensseriestour/

Festivities include:
- Lakeside setting in Livermore Wine Country
- DIY booths

- nutrition-packed gourmet lunch

- and more!

As a route monitor volunteer, you will stand (or sit) at points along route to enforce stop signs and reinforce important route turns. Shade and refreshments will be provided, and shifts will be short. Available shifts are from 7:30 AM to 2:00 PM.
