People Helping People is a career development program that helps low-income women, primarily single mothers, learn to build financial self-sufficiency by providing life skills and employment development through workshops and one-on-one coaching and mentoring.
As a coach, you will provide one-on-one assistance and mentorship for our clients searching for employment and career success. You and the client will work together closely to discover skills that the client has but is not aware of, as well as pinpoint what they are good at and interested in. Overall, you will attempt to build with our clients the foundation for their employment search and a successful career, all while building the self-confidence and self-assurance needed to go out and find a great job.
