Resource Specialist (Bolingbrook): Are you super compassionate? Do you like to solve problems? Do you have experience in social work or helping others? Based in Bolingbrook, our Resource Specialists provide support to our clients that are pregnant but need housing, employment, education, or other social services. They also guide our clients through our childbirth, parenting, and sexual integrity programs and ongoing support they may require throughout their pregnancy.

Waterleaf 's Mission is to assist those facing an unplanned pregnancy, regardless of their socioeconomic or religious background, by providing the medical, counseling, educational, material, and community support necessary to realize their full potential as men and women.

Description

Waterleaf is a pregnancy resource and sexual health center with two locations - our Health Center is in Aurora, IL, and our Education & Resource Center is in Bolingbrook. Our compassionate counselors and medical staff as well as our extensive community network are there to help peoople understand the options that they have and overcome the hurdles that they face. Our services are free and include pregnancy testing, ultrasound, limited STD testing and treatment, in-school STD education program, resume and job search assistance, childbirth and parenting classes (earn while you learn), and more. At Waterleaf, we are interested in supporting our clients as they make difficult decisions and provide them the resources they need to succeed.
