ORGANIZATION: MOSAIC COUNSELING CENTER

  • 30 people are interested

We are a new, non-profit all volunteer counseling center. We would like to develop therapuetic interventions that are effective and helpful for the people in our community. We are a learning organization that provides training to new therapists with the goal of developing the therapists and interventions of the future. We are currently looking for a research assistant to help in designing our interventions, testing them out, and helping us track and report data. This position requires researching several articles on therapy and therapuetic techniques and providing summaries for our regular meetings. This position also requires some grant research and writing. Some of this work can be done at home and some is done at our office in Bakersfield, CA. We might consider a virtual position for the right person with the right experience.
