We are seeking volunteers who have flexible afternoon time to feed the cats and scoop litter boxes at our shelter. We currently have open:

First Saturday of each month 2:00-4:00 pm

Every Monday 2:30-4:30 pm

Every or every other Sunday 2:30-4:30 pm

Requirements: Must be dependable, no allergies or respiratory issues, and must be able to bend and scoop boxes. Absolute reliability; car and driver's license are a must since we are not on a public transportation line. Our furry residents need to eat despite the weather, so if occasional snow and ice bother you, this is probably not for you. Very young children not allowed to help with this job.

OTHER JOBS AVAILABLE; Task sheet detailing opportunities provided at orientation. Volunteer program fee is $25.00 payable at interview. No community service please.

Our general minimum age for volunteering is 16, however the feeding committment minimum is 21.
