We have a few openings for volunteers with strong customer service skills to work in our ranger station. You will work alongside staff and other volunteers to welcome our daily visitors into the park. Primary duties will include collecting entry fees, running a cash register, answering visitor questions, and interpreting park rules. In this position, you are the first face our visitors see, so applicants must be able to work with a diverse public in a fast-paced environment. Typically volunteers work once a week, for four hours.
To apply, fill out online application and submit cover letter to elizabeth.trueblood@dep.state.fl.us
