LifeSmart Education is looking for a Training and Development Coordinator to help assist the Training Manger with devising our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and help to assess outcomes. You will work closely with the Training Manger to identify training needs and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that help to support a successful mentoring program between youth and business professionals.
Responsibilities
- Help assist with identifying and assessessing training curriculum for mentors and mentees
- Work with team to draw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
- Work closely with curriculum developer to ensure all aspects of training topics are implemented in training manuals
- Assist instructors with effective orientation and training sessions
- Make sure surveys are completed to help us evaluate training program’s effectiveness, and success
- Assist trainer with effective training sessions in coordination with instructors
- Maintain a keen understanding of mentor/mentee training trends, developments and best practices
