We are seeking students who are attending college this fall for Human Services or Social Work.
Purpose of Position: Responds to incoming phone calls, e-mails, client walk-in's and other forms of contacts from inquirers seeking information on a broad range of health and human services. Assesses inquirer’s needs, obtains and documents information from inquirer and effectively utilizes the resource database to locate services and provide information relevant to meet inquirer’s needs.

The mission of The Helpers Organization is to provide assistance to our homeless and low-income families in Hampton Roads communities addressing the pressing developmental needs of affordable housing, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. We offer free referral services, as well as financial aid on a case by case basis.
