Duties: Clean-up after event. Clearing tables, gathering dishes, throwing garbage in trash and taking bags to main dumpster area, tables/chairs put away, sweep room, kitchen duties; wipe down counters in kitchen, possibly washing dishes through dish washer, sweeping kitchen area and mopping.
