If you have apassionfor racial and ethnic equity,enjoyinteracting with middle school youth, are enthusiastic and fun inspirit, you'll make aperfect small group facilitatorfor theCalling All Colorsfall conference! This is the first year Muskegon's middle schools have participated in Calling All Colors, and we're excited!

The October 14 conference will take place at Baker College in Muskegon, Michigan. You are also welcome to volunteer at our October 10 (middle school) or October 11 (high school) conferences that will be held at Hope College in Holland!

The Lakeshore Ethnic Diversity Alliance works to dismantle barriers to ensure people of all racial and ethnic backgrounds have equal access and opportunity. Its school program, Calling All Colors, fosters inclusive school communities through a year-long program that features two conferences, creates a safe place to talk about race, and provides tools for increasing positive racial impacts for middle and high school students.
