It is necessary that this member be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships and partnerships with community members, vendors, potential volunteers, and other relevant organizations/entities as these relationships will enhance the likelihood of the ReStore's success. 2. Develop marketing and outreach strategies/materials designed to increase visibility of the Virtual ReStore in the community and increase unrestricted revenue as a result of increased purchases and donations. Develop a media directory database. Develop materials which are relevant to the various media outlets sourced in the media directory database. As the plans for the physical ReStore evolve, adapt outreach strategies to create visibility of the impending opening of the new store.
  3. Develop ReStore donor outreach plan to increase recurring donations. Create a ReStore donor directory database of local businesses and community partners that would be ideal donors.
  4. Where possible, craft new or updated ReStore procedures and policies for our Virtual ReStore to be in line with standard ReStore operating procedures that have been identified as best practices.
